Hullabaloo

This seems so easy to do and yet people pay hundreds of dollars to buy speakers or boom boxes as some would have them called.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The weather in BC continues to be dull, overcast with a hint of rain, to come at any time.
Not entirely how we would like it to be.

Manitoba and Saskatchewan have floods while the US is burning because of lack of rain.
We certainly all are suffering from severe weather fluctuations which will probably be seen in food prices rising again.

All that is left now is for BC to have a tsunami or maybe we are waiting for Japans' radiation to get here. Who knows?

While people go on with their lives our destiny is slowly, quietly being planned for us.

Vancouvers' recent riot is still being aired on TV as people keep sending pictures of the Villains who torched and stole and vandalized our city. For the first time our Premier Christy Clark is asking , where are the parents?

I found this to be a very bad question because the answer is: The parents are all with the Liberals who say everything is ok."
Children are not given a structured life to live with rules. They are the bosses while parents are the children, taking orders. Not only that but parents help the children assimilate into bad behavior which they themselves are involved in, in such things as drugs, sex, and no strong family values.
Before children all had chores to do and today you ask them to pick up their clothes and they think they did you a big favor.

The world has turned from a generation of doers, into a generation of whiners.

So we see this in the young people as they act out their frustrations and tantrums on city streets in opportunistic fun.
Now parents will have to fork out thousands of dollars to keep them out of trouble or let them stew in their own juices.

Raising my kids, I always told them to behave and not be involved in trouble because if they are
and I found out that it was their own fault, I would let them take full responsibility for their own actions. I became over night a very bad Mommy.

Easier said than done though. lol
Schools help teach kids to lie to their parents because they push condoms and tell them sex is ok and help with abortions and take the side of the child to keep info away from parents until its too late and then everyone jumps on the parents, like they should have known and had control over their kids. Needless to say, I think everyone can see that I am not impressed.

I am very glad that my time for raising kids is over. Now they are responsible for their own lives
and all my husband and I can hope for is that we taught them enough and well.
The young, will have their own kids to raise now and see, just as we did, that society doesn't help.
Society asks for hand outs which people can use to raise their own kids to keep them safe and involved in family activities. Society helps irresponsible behavior to proliferate. Today people with no education, jobs or ambition, have kids and the first thing they do, is shove them into the face of society and accuse it of not feeding their child. The money is extorted from you under the guise of human rights and given, to be used for cigarettes, alcohol and drugs. More and more we hear of Mothers who kill their children because they interfere with their dating agenda.
This only points to people becoming more and more cold hearted, disconnected and insensitive.

Others extort money from the government and then have a better life than most people because they also have a drug selling job and prostitution no one knows about.

If everyone was allowed to grow marijuana, then people would run meth labs or some other kind of drug to make money on. It never stops at any one thing.

Under these conditions, it's better to keep your money in your own pocket.
If people want social welfare, unless they really are disabled or old or too young, they should be given a job to do to obtain it and attend a self help course to help employ them.
Last night leaving the grocery store, an old woman was standing with hand crutches.
She asked me if I had any change. I looked at her and felt sorry but having no change I gave her 20 dollars.
She began to cry thanked me and blessed me and began telling me stories of the beatings she got and how hard life is today. I agreed. but it was dark, I was alone and who knows who she was and why she was there? I told her I hope her situation improves soon and she said she also hopes so and prays to God it will.
I thought if she really is in dire need then I hope I helped her at least to go to Tim Hortons across the street which is open all night and if not then she will answer to God one day. We are all sinners so no one escapes.
While putting my groceries away a car full of young guys drove by and they were looking at me and I was thinking that if they stopped and ran out, I would not be able to get away fast enough from them and then there was the little old East Indian Lady. What was to become of her??

I didn't have my cell phone to call the police to come check up on her but there were other East Indian ladies walking around her and I hoped one of them would stop and take care of their own.

This is how they find old people dead on city streets.
Teens feel they are invincible and people like me keep watching the hallabaloo happening all around them and wondering where this is all going?.

Have a great Day!
-----------------------------------------------------------------

The mother and father had just given their teenage daughter family-car privileges. On Saturday night she returned home very late from a party.

The next morning her father went out to the driveway to get the newspaper and came back into the house frowning. At 11:30 AM the girl sleepily walked into the kitchen, and her father asked her, "Sweetheart, what time did you get in last night?"

"Not too late, Dad." she replied nervously.

Dead-panned, her father said, "Then, my precious one, I'll have to talk with the paperboy about putting my paper under the front tire of the car."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Neither teenagers nor cats turn their heads when you call them by name.

No matter what you do for them, it is not enough. Indeed, all
humane efforts are barely adequate to compensate for the privilege of
waiting on them hand and foot.

You rarely see a cat walking outside of the house with an adult
human being, and it can be safely said that no teenager in his or her
right mind wants to be seen in public with his or her parents.

Even if you tell jokes as well as Jay Leno, neither your cat nor
your teen will ever crack a smile.

No cat or teenager shares you taste in music.

Cats and teenagers can lie on the living-room sofa for hours on
end without moving, barely breathing.

Cats have nine lives. Teenagers carry on as if they did.

Cats and teenagers yawn in exactly the same manner, communicating
that ultimate human ecstasy -- a sense of complete and utter boredom.

Cats and teenagers do not improve anyone's furniture.

Cats that are free to roam outside sometimes have been known to
return in the middle of the night to deposit a dead animal in your
bedroom. Teenagers are not above that sort of behavior.
