Leaders Can't Lead???

Hey! What's Prince Charles doing there? lol

Leaders Can't Lead?
Why do we have elections then?

How is it possible we have reached a stage, whereby when you have an official representing you,
his answer to you is:
Oops. It's outside my jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for this.

You go to the Premier or Governor and he says :
Oops.

Then you get to the Prime Minister and President and they both say:
OOps.

We're Global. We can't do anything.
Everything is outsourced.
Can we blame them?

Jobs, utilities, law, banks, all outsourced?

You want to talk to someone about a power outage, you are not talking to a local.
You are talking to India, the Philipines, and God knows who else.
How do they know what is going on in your area?
Should they know?
Is it their business?

We have people we elect and pay them huge salaries and pensions, but they have no jurisdiction to do anything, except spend our money and tax us.

Nothing belongs to the people and so people have no control over their lives.
The whole system and idea of democracy has become a fraud.

At no time in history has it become so important to keep things myopic, so we can see what is happening and to keep it under control.

People lost the control and business accountability.
No one needs to listen to our sob stories anymore and so
this is why the rich get richer and the middle class is on its' way to self destruction.

Leaders Can't Lead?
Fire them.
Leaders need to know how to lead and how to take back control
so they can represent the people.

I love Wolf Blitzer lol
His program sure fires you up to speak out.:)

The corporate boat race

An American automobile company and a Japanese auto company decided to have a competitive boat race on the Detroit River. Both teams practiced hard and long to reach their peak performance. On the big day, they were as ready as they could be. The Japanese team won by a mile.

Afterwards, the American team became discouraged by the loss and their morale sagged. Corporate management decided that the reason for the crushing defeat had to be found. A Continuous Measurable Improvement Team of "Executives" was set up to investigate the problem and to recommend appropriate corrective action. Their conclusion: The problem was that the Japanese team had 8 people rowing and 1 person steering, whereas the American team had 1 person rowing and 8 people steering.

The American Corporate Steering Committee immediately hired a consulting firm to do a study on the management structure. After some time and billions of dollars, the consulting firm concluded that "too many people were steering and not enough rowing." To prevent losing to the Japanese again next year, the management structure was changed to "4 Steering Managers, 3 Area Steering Managers, and 1 Staff Steering Manager" and a new performance system for the person rowing the boat to give more incentive to work harder and become a six sigma performer. "We must give him empowerment and enrichment." That ought to do it.

The next year the Japanese team won by two miles. The American Corporation laid off the rower for poor performance, sold all of the paddles, cancelled all capital investments for new equipment, halted development of a new canoe, awarded high performance awards to the consulting firm, and distributed the money saved as bonuses to the senior executives.

..........And I Can't Win

Omen , the bear,
A symbol of strength and cunning
A predator , a feeder
Exulting in a spirit of a nation.

This post card was a painting of Larry Fanning Art.
--------------------------------------------------------

The heart is a powerful muscle and controls life as well as love
The mind is also powerful and controls life as well as love
Working together against you, it is hard to beat the Two
and so the poem .....And I Can't Win
written so long ago, when life was a drama. lol

-----------------------------

If ere by chance I glance
Upon your face.
I see a silent smile
Pursue your lips
And it seems distant.
I hold out my hand
To reach your grasp,
To have it pressed against your
Burning heart and kissed,
The way you always do, when you are sad,
With head bent low.
Your eyes, deep and dark and wild
Stare out into the darkness
Enfolding us.
They stare and yet see nothing
As if blind.
Your life revolves around your mind,
In capsulated by a thick barred cage
From which there is no escape.
You can't forget...............
And I can't win.
A Lady's Life

A Love Story

I shall seek and find you.

I shall take you to bed and control you.

I will make you ache, shake and sweat until you grunt and groan.

I will make you beg for mercy.

I will exhaust you to the point that you will be relieved when I leave you.

And you will be weak for days.

All my love,

The Flu

The policeman had the bar under surveillance a few minutes before closing time, so he could see who comes out drunk.

The first one out the door at 2:00 o'clock weaved down the sidewalk, then fell on the curb. Sluggishly got up, then tried his keys in five cars before finding his own car.

Once inside his car, he fumbled with his keys for 2 or 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, all the club patrons had gotten into their cars and driven away, leaving this one fellow quite alone in the parking lot.

Finally, he got his car started and began to very slowly drive away.

Immediately, the police car was behind him with lights flashing.

The policeman asked the man to take a breathalyser test, to which he readily agreed.

When the reading was 0.0%, the policeman said, "How can this be?"

To which the man replied, "Because tonight, I'm the designated decoy."
