Keep your eye on Waukesha, Wisconsin ......Its biggest employer just moved

out. I got this in an email so I'm passing it on.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
General Electric is planning to move its 115-year-old X-ray division from
Waukesha, Wis., to Beijing . In addition to moving the headquarters, the
company will invest $2 billion in China and train more than 65 engineers
and create six research centers. This is the same GE that made $5.1 billion

in the United States last year. but paid no taxes-the same company that
employs more people overseas than it does in the United States .

So let me get this straight. President Obama appointed GE CEO Chairman Jeff

Immelt to head his commission on job creation (job czar). Immelt is
supposed to help create jobs. I guess the President forgot to tell him in
which country he was supposed to be creating those jobs.

If this doesn't show you the total lack of leadership of this President, I
don't know what does. Soon, you all will understand that Obama has an
agenda, this socialist agenda is to remove the last super power from the
world. He is getting very close.

Please pass this information to others and DO NOT buy a GE product.Snopes: http://www.snopes.com/politics/business/ge.asp

An appalling story of a contemporary money-hoarding corporation.

Such a sad tale.

We are facing much the same problems here as many companies are moving their base abroad to cut costs.
Have a lovely Monday,

If it can comfort you in Europe it's the same, everything goes to China or Thailand, because the salaries are so low. So the companies go there of course. That's their decision, a government can't forbid them to move their factories to China. We live in a Democracy !

gattina - sure they can if they remain in their country as well. The country doesn't have to sell their products
Democracy doesn't mean you can do what you want, as neither does freedom.

If jobs are leaving, this points to social democracy not working because it's too expensive to run it.
Too many people come to use the services and take low paying jobs.
Before one man fed his family. Today you need the whole family to work for food and shelter.
