Crazy Chair



I have always wanted to try doing something like tbhis to see if it would work out.
It's a nice way to recycle cardboard and with a bit of paint it would make for great items for a childs room which is easily thrown out at a much later date.

The captcha letters are not on some blogs so I can't comment on them.

Water is the best to help flush the toxins out of your body.
However there is a correct time to drink water.


Drinking water at a certain time maximizes its
effectiveness on the body:
-- 2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate
internal organs
-- 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal helps
digestion
-- 1 glass of water before taking a bath helps lower
blood pressure
-- 1 glass of water before going to bed avoids stroke
or heart attack

Water at bed time will
also help prevent night time leg cramps. Your leg
muscles are seeking hydration when they cramp and
wake you up with a Charlie Horse

That cardboard chair is pretty neat, but I'm not sure I would have the patience or talent to make one. I also found your water tips to be interesting.

Well water is medicinal . In China they drink hot water cause it helps the fat to escape lol

Love the chair! Showing it to my Husby. Projects like that are right up his alley! And than you for the water tips. We were talking to a young medical student who had just completed a conference on health and he said that the two most important things you could do for your body were water and exercise. He said those two things could ensure health like nothing else!
