I see no justice in the scars I see no pain amongst the stars I see what is, what is, what is......... And what is not.
I see the laws They scar the stars Without the laws, there are no stars No pain or justice, nor night or day Just what is, what is, what is........ And what is not.
And what is not, is what I am The scars, the justice and the pain The star lit skies out in the dark The flickering lights, in a tranquil night
There is no pain amongst the stars No scarred stars without the laws So why does my heart, Blame the world? Why does it fear what is , what is? If what is not , is what I am.
For then it must be that I am I am the laws the scars and pain I must be justice, blackness and light I must be a star, in a sky filled night
And if am all of those things Then why do I seek one, to put the blame For I am and I am not And then I am what's in my heart. And my heart is just what is, what is
And then again....... it's what it's not.
A Lady's Life
When is a baby not a baby?
When it's grown up.

Old wise experienced man comes back to his car & finds ticket saying 'Parking Fine' He Writes a note on it and mails it back to the ticket issuer: 'Thanks for the compliment.' --------------------
I am faded. Lost........absorbed by the Enchanted woods around me I gave way to my troubles To no future and no past.
Indifferent I sit in these beloved woods. For in them there is no tomorrow. It's all today.....today .....today.......
And if not for a cheeky squirrel Chittering to awake me I'd be there still Captured and enamored Lost inside myself and thoughts.
I am faded and absorbed. I feed the woods with my bloods' soul, For here, no tomorrow's to be found, Just today... today ... today
And if not for the cheeky squirrel, Chittering to awaken, Anger me and pull me out, I'd be still, without tomorrow. Instead.........
I smile into this beloved face The face I know so well The face that grows old with me The warm, soft face, that dwells
Deep inside my heart, where your eyes can see through mine, Tired, worn, and true, I have to think, this cheeky squirrel Brought me back to you. A Lady's Life
They hang their heads in sorrow Lamenting tulips Not to see tomorrow.
The bright heads remain To reign in this domain Untouched by friend nor foe.
Lucky flowers, Living for tomorrow.
A Lady's Life ---------------------------------- My neighbors young maple tree dried up because of all the people walking their dogs who let them pee on it. They take leisurely walks up and down this street into the bog, with leashes long, not caring that they are not alone. (God forbid you do this by their homes. lol) As I have dogs in the house, every passing dog knows and gives out a sole bark just in front of the house. It's a private joke I think, between dogs, meaning: I'm taking a walk and pissing on your tree and you are still inside lol So all heck breaks loose in my house as my dogs would love a piece of the action outside. So unfair. lol
To give my tree a chance, I built a wooden box around it, filled it with soil and planted tulips , daffodils and jasmine. All the tulip bulbs disappeared and the few flowers that did come out, the children would come and pick them to give their Mothers. lol The Mothers were always upset thinking it would upset me but how can you be upset when a child picks flowers, he thinks are beautiful, to give his Mother?
I would stand and watch their little faces and saw nothing but pure love, as they took great care in choosing which flower they wanted to give her. :)
This is what a Mother lives for. This is a Mothers' reward.:)
Today the boys have grown into young men and the daffodils that survived, seemed to spread a little after so many years of neglect. I call them my brave little soldiers facing the elements of life and living. A few Jasmine also survived. I guess the squirrels don't like them either. lol
A Lone soldier, he stands A survivor Resurrected Every spring. His roots deeply embedded Where they are never found.
A lone Soldier He survives Living through The thick and thin He is here, a sign of promise A sign, that we are not alone.
A Single Soldier Yellow and green A bright survivor Brave and strong Resurrected Every Spring.
A Lady's Life.
I planted many bulbs through out the years but few survive the pesty squirrels. They come and dig them all out. A few flowers survived and they keep coming back year after year. This one looked so lonely and brave out on the front lawn. I had to take a picture of it.

Two bowling teams One team all blondes The other team all brunettes Chartered a double decker buss for a trip to Ohio
The Brunette team took the bottom part of the bus The Blondes took the upper part of the bus.
The Brunettes were having a heck of a time hootin and hollerin Suddenly they noticed that the Blondes upstairs were very quiet... too quiet.
One of the brunettes went upstairs to find out why. She found all the blondes sitting in fear, looking straight ahead of them, with white knuckles and bulging eyes. The Brunette asked: Whats wrong? We're having a great time downstairs.
One of the blondes swallowed hard and looked up at her and then whispered
It was escape. I found my freedom Away from the gulag of life
No one can touch me here For I have evolved inside my head I am floating outside Between the bars, over fences and I am free.
The air is fresh and I am nourished No aches found in my body No blinding light No one to fear for love has overtaken my soul. Truly I have escaped I have found a new world. I am alone in beauty and tranquility
I see a friend I take her hand and we smile at each other and yet she tenderly pulls me left but I want to go right She tenderly but firmly smiles with pearly teeth and golden hair
I try to wrench my hand from her grasp You can't touch me here for I am free Free from gulags, free from dialogue Absolutely free.
Yes, you are free. Let me show you the way. Let me show you, your new world. She beckoned And I followed. She was my spirit guide and she showed me What I craved to see. She showed me what I wanted to see and She whispered truths I wanted to hear.
I was engulfed by an aura of beauty and enchantment I had never experienced before. But the reverie was not to last I was jerked into the real world I was pushed and shoved and beaten I tried not to open my eyes so as to hold on to my freedom but pain sheared into my ribs Blood poured into my eyes as they fluttered open unseeing and a voice I recognized to be mine, shreiked up into a thick, cemented wall.
Determined not to lose my concentration I kept my freedom focused in my mind. I was alive and free, in a new world. I was...........finally.........free. It's not an illusion. I am...........
I feel the pen quivering in my hand with ever word I write. Words engage my mind into feelings which keep me alive. I sing and dance to awaken my inner self I cry to cleanse my soul of toxicity, to set it free to fly into the light I laugh and scream so anger leaves me and I care not who hears me For life's a dream, A play, we leave behind.
A day will come when we are forced to awaken from the dream, into true reality. A reality, void of all the troubles we create Within ourselves, just to keep it in real mode.
We'll see ourselves floating in a bubble, As spectators, To expressions of trouble in the outside world.
Our world is peaceful, without pain and sorrow, But our nature, our need, to innovate, is real. We can't wait for the curtain to rise To express our dreams and fold into them, As pages in a book, to tell a story Of how a pin, pricked our finger so it bled red. Of how vile a feeling it was to eat of something putrid, which turned our flesh into yellow rot. Or of how it was, to regenerate, rebuild into something beautiful again Someone could actually fall in love with. Or how one could love someone so ugly on the outside and yet see how precious and beautiful the person was inside we couldn't live a day without.
Who are we? Are we real or floating in a bubble, dreaming, acting, Wishing for sorrow and joy to ebb and flow into our true state of existence? Do we ripple from beyond recognition Amplifying our existence into space beyond our reach hoping someone would create us into living bodies and then take pictures to send us back in waves to fly by our bubbles so we could see our work as we wrote them with the quivering pen in our hand.
The blackness of the sky, whirling her frilly skirts, Like a demon, slapping me down into the soaking ground, Belting me with hail stones, was her way to work, Into making a decision, a decision not so far away from My own, to either fight for life or die.
She did not flatter me to believe it was in any way Going to be my decision, but hers alone. Her scorn was very real. A raging, water dragon lady, she allowed me to kneel Just to blow me down again and roll me through harsh terrain Tormenting my body, as her own soul.
Like I, she was unable to decide if she should fight or relent into tears. I was nothing to compete against and my problems Did not adhere to hers, as they were only personal to me.
On the edge of madness,I looked up into the blood stained Eye of the sky, and laughed, screaming up into her wrath: Decide!! Decide!! Demon Woman of the sky!! Take me out of hell and let me die!! Decide, and set me free!! I know that's what you would have of me!
To which she rumbled and struck out in a deafening, Explosive manner, pushing the arrogance in my face, down Again into the muddy waters, drowning me in my own sputter.
Weakened by the tremendous power of her hand I struggled to lift my bruised and bloodied face, To squint half way up between her and Mother Earth. In my madness, I couldn't understand the hesitation She had the power and the will and here I was, A willing victim.
And then it dawned on me, in her own way, I was meant to perceive by this exhibition, that My will to live was stronger than my will to die I fought, by lifting up my head and she relented and Cried before she push it down again, Into soft mud, from which it was easy for me to rise.
She was forgiving, enchanting, wise and in total control
I dared not look up into the dawning of a new phase of the sky, As she lifted up her black skirts To show me, that in the end, the day would be brighter than bright. I felt the caress of her warmth upon my back bringing me back to life and To the living world, fluttering around me.
Humbled by her power and knowledge I secretly thanked her For understanding me better than I did myself. I went home to the love I knew I'd find there, In spite of myself, in spite of everything that would be thrown at me By living.
I was a man, as we are all men. I was entitled to Gods' Given time in the sun, gifted to me. I was entitled to my mistakes, to my failures, as well as to my victories Because this is how we learn and take the knowledge with us when we die. Each comes in its own time and my raging Lady showed me It doesn't have to be hell, to survive and Death, is never an accident.

I was born an innocent As innocent as the day I was born, I grew Until I saw my Mother cry In front of the Lord.
And I looked up at his stern face No smile or smirk, I found I wondered, why did my Mom cry And why she knelt, head bowed.
I was born an innocent As innocent, as the day I was born, I grew And when I looked up at the Lord I was concerned, cause he was scorned.
I felt his pain up on the cross I wondered why he died. And when I saw the people come They knelt, with their heads bowed.
Today, I am not innocent I am scarred, from life and death I stand before the Lord But my head, is not bent.
I still look deep into his eyes To try to understand why he's so stern So sad, he died, up on the cross For men..... who do not learn.
I was born an innocent I die each day a little I bear my scars, from life and death I cry, for all who suffer I lost my smile and innocence Watching young men die But now I know why my Lord lives He lives..... so I, my family, friends and hope survives.
A Waves' Kiss almost drowned me I sputtered and rolled with it Till it spit me out to dry Onto the shore, A rolling stone, for you to find. As I opened my sand filled eyes I was held in tender arms and heart Asking me to stay alive.
Every day I walk along the beach Searching... Beseeching Neptune, To bring you back but he brought more waves glistening in the sunlight, as if they were the answer to my broken heart.
Your tender lips revived me As they breathed air into my soul But then you went and left me for others to console. And now I walk deranged Awakened by new life Lovestruck and forgotten by my savior's guiding light.
Some days, I think I see you swimming Far out in the waves Your kisses so disarming Unlike the kisses from the wave. One day I hope that Neptune, Rolls you out to me. Till then I'll keep our love safe and Close to shore, For you to see.
Rita Hayward was another actress very pleasant to the eye. Her soft voice in Mame and her red hair, was seen acting with all the best actors of her day. It's funny she didn't like to dance as a kid but it paid off and brought her to shine with the stars. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your scent kept me awake last night Strong willed I watched you soar Into the deep blue horizon Of a mid day sky
To love an Eagle is risquee An Eagles' love is madness No sight unseen from its' clear eyes and Masculine precision.
I watched you from a limb, of an apple blossom tree Pink and white and floral I hid, but you saw me. You lunged, your wings spread eight feet wide To land here on the limb of My pretty floral cloud, fluffy pink and slim
And I fell on the ground, because of all the weight I kept falling, when I watched you climbing, so far out . I seemed to keep on falling, every time you were around The cutting edge of your sword like claws Always made me frown.
But you were kind in your approach. You found me where I lay You urged me to get off the ground To fly for food that day
You nourished me like a small child In the nest you built, and now In your old age, here I stand, Stead fast
Your scent kept me awake each night Strong willed, I watched you soar But in the end , we're all the same Needy, in our time
Today you're strong and powerful and Tomorrow, here you are One of natures' tricks my friend So sad .....but there you are.

SHAVE & HAIRCUT
An old man walks into the barbershop for a shave and a haircut, but he tells the barber he can't get all his whiskers off because his cheeks are wrinkled from age.
The barber gets a little wooden ball from a cup on the shelf and tells him to put it inside his cheek to spread out the skin.
When he's finished, the old man tells the barber that was the cleanest shave he's had in years.
But he wanted to know what would have happened if he had swallowed that little ball.
The barber replied, "Just bring it back in a couple of days like everyone else does".
Sophia Lauren was one of the best actresses of her time. She could play and probably still can play, any role you may throw at her. She fitted every class of person in the world, begger, thief, Goddess, gypsy, dancer, Mother, lover , friend. ...... What ever she took part in, you knew she would be the best at. Life oozed from her lips and heart and the camera was there to capture it all and put it on screen. Too bad she doesn't act any more.
Eh ! I called you Eh ! What is your name Eh ! I can't forget you Eh ! Come out and play
The music , it keeps playing The songs, they fill the air. And Love..... my friend is oozing Between heaven and the land.
Eh! You know the meaning Of friendship when it lasts Eh ! It's love that's whispering To your heart alone.
Eh! My friend ! Come out now. Stop hiding behind veils Be proud of who your are now. Know love is not in vain.
Eh! I know you hear me As I yell for God to hear. Eh! I'm here to love you Till the very end.
A Lady's Life. --------------------------------------------- FINGERNAILS One day Lena confided to her friend Hilda that she had finally cured her nervous husband, Ole, of his habit of biting his nails. "Good gracious," said Hilda, "How did yew ever dew that?" "It vas really simple," was Lena's reply. "I yust hid his false teeth." --------------------------------------------- THE RELATIONS Ole and Lena were getting on in years. Ole was 92 and Lena was 89. One evening they were sitting on the porch in their rockers and Ole reached over and patted Lena on her knee. "Lena, vat ever happened tew our sex relations?" He asked. "Vell, Ole, I yust don't know," replied Lena... I don't tink ve even got a card from dem last Christmas." --------------------------------------------- THE BIRTHDAY GIFT Ole bought Lena a piano for her birthday. A few weeks later, Lars inquired how she was doing with it. "Oh," said Ole, "I persvaded her to svitch to a clarinet." "How come?" asked Lars. "Vell," Ole answered, "because vith a clarinet, she can't sing. --------------------------------------------- THE PRANK CALL The phone rings in the middle of the night when Ole and Lena are in bed and Ole answers. "Vell how da hell should I know, dats two tousand miles from here" he says and hangs up. "Who vas dat?" asks Lena. "I donno, some damn fool wanting to know if da coast was clear". ----------------------------------------------
NORWEGIANS VS IRISHMEN ON THE JOB There was a Midwestern phone company that was going to hire one team of telephone pole installers, and the boss had to choose between a team of two Norwegian guys and a team of two Irish guys. So the boss met with both teams and said: "Here's what we'll do. Each team will be installing poles out on the new road for a day. The team that installs the most phone poles gets the job." Both teams headed right out. At end of the shift, Pat and Mike, the Irish guys, came back and the boss asked them how many they had installed. They said that it was tough going, but they'd put in twelve.
Forty-five minutes later, Ole and Sven, the Norwegian guys came back in and they were totally exhausted. The boss asked, "Well, how many poles did you guys install?" Ole, the team leader wiped his brow and sighed, "Sven and me, we got three in." The boss gasped, "Three? Those two Irish guys put in twelve!" " Yeah," said Ole, "but you should see how much they left stickin'out of the ground!" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eh! Hope you have a great day!!
Doris Day sang this song and I never heard it before but I liked it. In fact I like most of what they did in those days. Women were true women unafraid to show it The beauty and power of a woman should never be underestimated.
Quick witted, I knew the score with you You never laid your true hand out, for the show You only showed, what you wanted them to see You played the game, I knew you'd play with me.
I laid my cards out, without a thought of fear. I showed my innards, to the man I loved. Quick witted, I knew the score with you You were entrapped and too dumb to know
And once the snare was set, You kept on playing , thinking I'd relent You were there to win a game That was not there, to win
You only showed, what you wanted me to see You played a game but it was not to be The snare was set, before it all began You were lost, before you played your hand.
The game, was not a game of chance I was the winner, when I caught your glance So discreet and yet, it was there for me to see The true hand, you would play with me.
And so, I led you on so cool and mentally sound I led you , to the final hunting ground And you were fine until you were ensnared For the true hunter, to let you loose and free .
But once composure, settled in your heart You ventured forth, without your deck of cards, Became the true lad, you were meant to be The true man, for a girl like me.
The true line, I was there to hear I love you, Would not be written in the sand. No wave would wash away this love. No hidden calling Loon , to distract your heart.
Perhaps today, I'll rescue you, from your dire self Perhaps today, is the last game you'll play Perhaps today, you'll play your hand too well. Perhaps today, at last, you'll take your players' hand Perhaps today I'll lose, to win your heart I won it once, I'll win it again.

In the end, it looks like it's the girl getting cold feet lol ---------------------------------------------------------
OLE LENA'S HONEYMOON Ole and Lena got married. On their honeymoon trip they were nearing Minneapolis when Ole put his hand on Lena's knee. Giggling, Lena said, "Ole, you can go farther than that if you vant to." So... Ole drove to Duluth. -------------------------------------------------------- OUTHOUSE PROBLEMS When Ole accidentally lost 50 cents in the outhouse, he immediately threw in his watch and billfold. He explained, "I'm not going down dere yust for 50 cents." ------------------------------------------------------------- SWIM COMPETITION A Swedish woman competed with a French woman and an English woman in the Breast Stroke division of an English Channel swim competition. The French woman came in first, the Englishwoman second. The Swede reached shore completely exhausted. After being revived with blankets and coffee, she remarked, "I don't vant to complain, but I tink dose other two girls used der arms." --------------------------------------------------------------
VE COULDN'T AFFORD MORE Two Norwegians from Minnesota went fishing in Canada and returned with only one fish. "The way I figger it, dat fish cost us $400" said the first Norwegian. "Vell," said the other one, "At dat price it's a good ting ve didn't catch any more." ----------------------------------------------------------------- BAR RIDDLE A Swede took a trip to Fargo, North Dakota. While in a bar, an Indian on the next stool spoke to him in a friendly manner. "Look," he said, "let's have a game if you answer it, I'll buy YOU a drink, if you can't, then you buy ME one, Okay?" "Ya, dat sounds purty good," said the Swede. The Indian said, "My father and mother had one child. It wasn't my brother. It wasn't my sister. Who was it?" The Swede scratched his head and finally said, "I give up. Who vas it?" "It was ME," chortled the Indian. So the Swede paid for the drinks.
... Back in Sioux Falls the Swede went into a bar and spotted one of his cronies, "Sven," he said, "I got a game. If you can answer a qvestion, I buy you a drink. If you can't, YOU have to buy ME vun. Fairenough?" "Fair enough," said Sven. Okay . . my fadder and mudder had vun child. It vasn't my brudder, It vasn't my sister, Who vas it?" "Search me," said Sven. "I give up. Who vas it?" --- "It vas some Indian up in Fargo, Nort Dakoda."
I closed the door and it was so to stay closed, so I would not see . I locked the door to only look outside Through a stained glass window Shadowing the normal light
Outside a candle glimmered in the blue night sky So quiet , peaceful it Welcomed me outside But here I stayed behind the door Beside a warm, crackling apple tree.
Curled beside the fire in the hearth, I was covered by a knitted shawl Suited for cold winter nights. Outside the air was fresh and cool and My eyes stayed glued, like a moth to light
Hypnotic, mystic, it absorbed my lonely heart It pulled for me forth, this candle of the night I was a stranger, lost within thick dark walls bursting to be free, from behind closed doors
The wind began to howl between the trees Competing with a pack of wolves Roaming wild and free . The blowing snow caressed their fur and Squinting eyes while I sang a long sad song of life, inside
They heard it from outside the closed locked door Bewildered, I heard them howling like before The wolves joined in with the wind and me Each sang their song in reverie.
Yet I was the one who sat inside, A stranger, lost within warm walls Fearing the welcoming candle of the world outside
"When a man is in despair, it means that he still believes in something."
Dimitrii Shostakovich
What is life if not senses of everything you see touch and feel. And here you are my love In every leaf, in every floating spore, in every tiny molecule of soft drizzle covering the forest floor.
You are my love, in every horses breath as it stands snorting muscles rippling after racing in the wind. You are my love, in every puppy's kiss and in every stock of yellow straw. You are love's grace found in every flower, In every bee that suckles the nectar from its' soul.
You are my love in every morning sun ray in every blade of grass and dew between my toes You are my love in every lightning and snow storm You walk the plains with all emotions raw.
I take delight to feel you burst the bubbles. to blend the morning sun light with the midnights' moon You are my ever shining star so high Above the highest mountain You are my love, my life, my treasure The beginning and ending of my soul.
Blissful joy is what I live for Cause pleasure is a made up word My heart is pure with what I live for It's me, a person with a soul inside.
At peace within myself I wonder Why others seep in misery Cause pleasure is a limitation It will never let them see.
I look beyond my limitations To stop the suffering I feel. I find a moment of inspiration, then I find another , to be strong
I am limited by gender With living energy, I'm free To create an inspiration No other thing will let me be.
Blissful joy is what I live for Drunk with joy the whole year through I look beyond my limitations Beyond all words, which make me blue A Lady's Life
I guess people always speak about pleasuring themselves through sex, drugs, booze and material things etc... but pleasure is a limitation and does not free you from misery. It is just another thing that bogs your soul down, if you do not obtain it. Spiritual freedom every one can understand and create within themselves and easily replaces the word pleasure, with the word joy. Joy doesn't have to appeal to pleasure . You can experience joy without limiting yourself to the above pleasures. To live life drunk with joy, is truly surpassing ones' limitations because you thrive on your own life energy. That's a powerful thing. Have a good one. :)
I saw flowers, in a leafy green tree They swayed so white and blue and gray Changing shapes inside the green They waved, Hello! Have a great day!
As I lazed upon the ground My eyes were shaded from the sun The flowers glowed, from up above The golden rays enriched my blood
These flowers can't be picked or smelled But I love them just as well From them we get both sun and the rain They always bloom from early spring.
The dawn of life turns into fall But unlike leaves, they do not fall. They do not wilt or fade away They're always there, Every great day!
A Lady's Life
These are not real flowers I am writing about but the spaces between the leaves which let through living energy to touch everything down below in shady areas. These flowers never die because we have both deciduous trees and evergreens trees and oak with marcescent leaves. So external life energy is always there to reach and rejuvenate your life energy. :)
A traveler of ways he walked across the mountains and the plains He slept among the stars and moon howling to the wind when it blows.
The buffalo shared his ways They knew the roads as well as he They roamed where ever there was hay Green grasses full, by water ways.
He was a traveler of ways He learned survival from the land. He tasted soil and dug for roots and Absorbed the heat from earths' hot crust
He fished the ponds and ocean shores For he was free to live and learn A creature, like most men you see Not good nor bad just here to be
Tomorrow is another day To live to learn or die The traveler of ways Does not judge the air of time. He leaves behind a legacy The bones of what is yet to be. A Lady's Life.
