Pepe le Pew

This song, by Tina Turner (who is now 70), What's Love Got to Do With It,
reminded me of a T shirt I had, with Pepe le Pew on it.
He was always chasing  the cat, thinking she was a skunk
or maybe he didn't care she was a cat.
He was a lover, A romantic, with a scent of love. lol
The saying on my t - shirt was
What's love got to do with it.
It always made me smile.
The cat always tried to get away.

And that's so true.
What does being or not being in love
have to do with living, loving  and/ or enjoying life?

Just go out and do it!

Great Song!!

That cat was a real stinker. He was a cat, right?

rob bear - pepe was a skunk and he thought the cat was a skunk cause it was born with the same markings.

Hi lady! Today is a holiday in Portugal, but it’s the worst winter day we had since last October... As grey as if we were living in Northern Europe... So, the only right thing to do is surfing the Net... ;)

OK; listening to Tina is also fine... ;)

Blogtrotter Two is now in St. Kitts and Nevis... Enjoy and have a great week!!!

Ah! Pepe was my favourite. Next to Marvin the Martian! I remember once when the cat rubbed against white paint. That gave her her stripe in one episode. There was also the time when Pepe ended up getting sprayed with perfume, completely masking his normally . . . erm . . . musky odour. Then the shoe was on the other foot. So to speak. The cat became the chaser and Pepe, the chased. Ahh, the memories!!! Ahhh, love!!!

I think those were the best cartoons.
I wish our kids could watch them today but they change them and more new ones are introduced. Even Sesame street changed.
I loved the old sesame street.
