Top of the Crescent

 

Driving along the shore line we come across many gems and today I came across this one.
It was just sitting there minding its' own business, looking so pretty, at the Crescent Beach Marina, surrounded
by many boats or lack there of, as they were all in the water somewhere.
Yup! it was a gorgeous day!
The Beaches were full of people.
It was a long awaited fun day for families.
No rain, no clouds, beautiful water, gorgeous girls
and many young hunks for old gals like me to admire and remember my youth.
Hunks were a bit different back then
or maybe they weren't.
I was more into dogs back then lol
Totally hopeless, my friends said. lol

Youth is happy go lucky, waking up to look forward to a full life ahead of them.
For them it's a new beginning to flaunt
in Olympic games such as those held in England.
We, from the older generation, look forward to waking up to a little of the past
especially when you find it sitting proud like this little darling in the picture.
Ahhhhh!
Those were the days my friend
We thought they'd never end.
and
I think we were right.:)
