Kittie Cats A Watchin

On a cold February
Two Kitty Cats sat
By the window as warm as could be
They watched the birds
The squirrels and the bunnies
Searching for some where to hide.

On a cold February
Two Kitty Cats sat
With tummies as full as can be
They watched the squirrels
The birds and the bunnies
Scrounging in dirt for a bite

On a cold February
Two Kitty Cats sat
Bored as bored could be
They watched the squirrels
The birds and the bunnies
Wishing that they too were free.

On a frost covered day
The squirrels birds and bunnies
Tried to find ways to enter a home
They saw the kitties so warm and so pretty
And thought boy.. what a great life.

A Lady's Life.

Not Everything is as it seems.:)

---------------------------------------------------------------------

The Devil tells a Real Estate Agent, “Look, I can make you richer, more famous, and more successful than any Real Estate Agent alive. In fact, I can make you the greatest agent that ever lived.”

“Well,” says the Real Estate Agent, “what do I have to do in return?”

The Devil smiles, “Well, of course you have to give me your soul,” he says, “but you also have to give me the souls of your children, the souls of your children’s children and, as a matter of fact, you have to give me the souls of all your descendants throughout eternity.”

“Wait a minute,” the Real Estate Agent says cautiously, “What’s the catch?”

I would say this joke hits the nail on the head.
Real Estate people do not sell you homes. They sell you interest.
They do not care about the house They want the land.
Theoretically speaking, if the house is not attached to the foundation
you should be able to pick it up with a truck and move it out cause it's a moveable.

And if the land is worth more than what you owe in mortgage, then how can they say they are allowed to take away your assets for a few months back payments?
You can sell it yourself or you can take your house off the property and sell it and pay off the land again, and build another house.

People need to dig in and fight and look for discrepancies and not allow these real estate people to run you off your land. The U.S. MLA was right when she said dig in and fight.

I felt very bad for the couple who went on TV and told everyone they had a heritage farm,
kept in the family for over 100 years and they lost it cause they were bled to death by the mortgage company. This is how they obtain property today, by scamming hard working clean honest people. Not only do they destroy your life for gain they have not earned, but they destroy your good family name and thus that of your children.
Nothing is left but to fight back. Go public and fight back.

Thanks George - Its pretty quiet but I have a coon problem and so the poem to commemorate wild critters as opposed to domestic ones.
Coons are ingenious animals .Its too bad they can't be domesticated.I can;t seem to get rid of them.
