HAPPY FATHERS DAY

HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!

I had am amazing experience this Fathers' Day.
I didn't get eaten by a bear which must have smelled all the lobster claws
I ate earlier.

First he smelled me and then he licked me  and then he got excited moving back and forth sideways.
I think he liked me
Enough to eat lol

What an awesome animal.!!

We had a great day and thought about all the Dad's sharing with their families.
Hope all the Dads' had a great day!!

Of course he liked you. And not necessary enough to eat you. It looks like you would be a bit more than he (or is it she?) could handle as a meal. Really, he was just being friendly. Black Bears are like that. Brown Bears — that's a different story.

And BTW, it's Bear. With a capital B. Please, show some respect, or you may get mauled to death. (A kindly tip from your friendly, neighbourhood Bear.)

Glad you had fun with a Bear on Father's Day. Did Father have fun with the Bear, too. on Father's Day?

Oh I don't know. These guys get pretty hungry and he could hide me for a later meal.lol
Bears are in these days.

Too bad they grow up and become dangerous.I sure wouldn't mind having a real Bear friend.
Not so much Grizzly but these kind are good enough or maybe a Panda.
Those bears are pretty cute too.

Please tell me that is a photo of your hand with a stuffed bear at your provincial museum and not a real live ursa something-or-otheris.

You may be a woman but you're a better man than I am, Gunga Din!

P.S. - I just want to tell you that the Feedjit Live Traffic Feed thingy has gone bonkers and has been telling everyone for awhile that I am in Little Rock, Arkansas, but I am not. I am still in the foothills of the mountains of north Georgia.

So true rhymes with plague.
It is stuffed and I can't help but wonder if it was a bear we knew, fed by humans and then just would not go away.
Now he will forever entertain people like myself in Beautiful BC.
So magnificent a creature, beautiful to behold.
You'd think they would take him to some island filled with fish so he could survive. We need to preserve our wild life somehow.

Thanks Akelamalu. lol

How not to like you. He'd be a bear of very little brain if he didn't. What an encounter, though. I am glad you got photos!

Sandy - If I had a bear for a friend we would get along lol
Now I'm thinking they made miniature horses. Wouldn't it be great to breed tiny bears. If they only stayed baby size it would be wonderful. We could all own one.
