A Little Breath of Purity

A bouquet of perfect roses
A son's fragile symbol of love,
to a Mom , whose life he has become.

A bouquet of white roses
received with grace and tears
and forever treasured by a loving heart that's true.

A bouquet of roses aged with time
Etched and wrinkled,
yet perfect, beyond perfection
Such a love, cannot grow old or blind.

And when these roses, lie upon her breast
on that final of all days
she'll take with her, a little breath of purity
a gift, from the greatest gift of all.

You are going to make me cry. What more can a mother ask for than the love of her son?

Jeanette - It is truly so.
If only sons understood a Mothers heart :)
If only Mothers loved all their children. Good families are so important to have and should always be cherished. The word "family" is desecrated today, and children are raised without their Mothers.I find this to be truly sad.
