The Myth of Saints and Angels

I loved the movie with Cary Grant called the Bishops Wife.
It was a story about a Bishop who worked towards acquiring a huge Church and had no time for anything else which was meaningful, like his wife, his old parish where he had a beautiful boys' choir, and so according to his wish for help an Angel showed up, Cary Grant.
He helped fix the important things in the Bishops life by making him realize what was important and what was not.
It is hard to get these quality kind of movies today.
Today the only one which had any big impact on me was the one with Brad Pitt in the movie
Joe Black.

People don't believe in Saints and Angels any more than they believe in Santa Claus and even God but we all need these beliefs even if we don't acknowledge the need.
We all need love, kindness, help, trust, beauty, at one time or another.
We are strong and yet we are also frail.
I guess this is why we are called social beings.
We are people who need people to feed our souls.
We all need magic and miracles and fantasy in order to grow as people.
I guess we also need evil so as to force us into never forgetting who we are and who we need to become lol.
Our whole lives we feed on stories and we become stories to other people.
Every one of us is a story.
Every one of us is a legend.
Every one of us is an Angel and a Saint.
Every one of us knows evil as well as good.
Every one of us has God within us because of the soul we carry inside,
that's called life.

We may not believe things exist but we are all the things we don't believe in.
Life , being human and social, causes each one of us to play the roles of all of the above things.
Saying it this way makes it sound kinda insane.
God is one.
But then we are one with God as well.
He cannot be escaped even if we don't believe in him.

The trick is with the Devil for he tries to become God.
He tries to become one with everything.
He is the Black Swan.
He is the one which fights against perfection.
He says to people we are not perfect and it is hypocritical for us to think we are or can ever be.
So when we see perfection we covet it, hate it, try to destroy it.
Every time perfection is destroyed, it is replaced by imperfection.

The Devil wants all perfection to be destroyed and everything to become one with him in
imperfection.
This would then make him equal to and more powerful than God
and therefore perfect. lol

And what is perfection?
Perfection is God.
No matter what he does, the only way the devil can rule, is under the perfect God.
So God can never be replaced.

People fight against the word perfection.
It is not easy to reach this level because you have to be better than other people at what you do.
There are many ballerinas but not many perfect ones.
There are many doctors but not many perfect ones.
Some stand out more than others and they are both liked and disliked for being who they are.

What people do not understand is that we cannot escape being perfect.
We are all perfect at something no matter how miniscule it may seem.
The only thing we can hope and wish for, is that whatever we become perfect in,
it is not at something dreadful because all that does is make a person work against himself .

The Devil is known as a liar for he does not disclose the truth to mankind.
He is not forthcoming in what the true meaning of the word
PERFECTION
is.
Perfection exists as do Saints and Angels and Santa Claus.
Saints and Angels are not myths.
We need them all to function as social beings.
My Guardian Angel sits on my shoulder every day to guide me.
Sometimes he makes me cry cause I make decisions I am against making.
He shows me my frailties as a human being, my imperfections.
but then I believe in God.
With God and my Angel, I know I will over come and correct my mistakes and forge on towards the light,
toward perfection which will make a bigger and better impact on the universal plane.
As people, we all have the capability, to achieve this end.

As long as there is the word, there is existence.

Have a good Day :)

People Crack Pots

The story below has always been one of my favorite stories because it relates to people and how every one is born to fit into a society or community.
Misfits , filling the gaps and holes required for survival.
Misfits, seen as people with cracks, who make a difference in this world.

If it wasn't for these cracked pots, nothing would ever change for the better.
If anything, they should be treasured for all the good they do.
A potter checks very carefully for cracks in his pots and disposes
of the cracked ones.
Another collects these pots and shards from them and delivers a beautiful masterpiece
sold for thousands more because of the imperfections.
So it seems to pay to be a cracked pot after all. :)
They too can make people happy, by encouraging others to follow their example, using the gifts God gave them.
Imperfections make us all different individuals but nevertheless
equally as beautiful if not more so, than the most
perfect amongst us.
They are the musicians, dancers, artists, priests, teachers, philosophers, doctors, scientists,etc...
enriching us all through the light in their eyes and smiles coming from the spirit
of the soul inside them.
---------------------------------
A water bearer in India had two large pots hanging at the ends of a pole that he carried across his neck. One of the pots was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water at the end of the long walk from the stream to the master's house. The other pot had a crack in it, and by the time it reached its destination, it was only half full. Every day for two years the water bearer delivered only one and one-half pots of water to the master's house. Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments—perfect to the end for which it was made. The poor little cracked pot was ashamed of its imperfections and miserable that it could accomplish only half of what it had been designed to do. After two years of what the imperfect pot perceived to be a bitter failure, it spoke to the water bearer and said, "I am ashamed of myself, and I want to apologize to you."

"Why?" asked the bearer, "What are you ashamed of?"

"Well, for these past two years, I have been able to deliver only half a load of water each day because this crack in my side allows water to leak out all the way back to the master's house. Because of my flaws, you have to do all this work without getting the full value of your efforts," the pot said.

The water bearer felt sorry for the old cracked pot, and in his compassion he said, "As we return to the master's house, I want you to notice the beautiful flowers along the path." Indeed, as they went up the hill, the old cracked pot noticed the beautiful wild flowers on the side of the path. But at the end of the trail, it still felt bad because half of its load had leaked out once again.

Then the bearer said to the pot, "Did you notice that there were flowers only on your side of the path and not on the other pot's side? That's because I've always known about your flaw and took advantage of it by planting flower seeds on your side of the path. Every day as we walked back from the stream, you watered those seeds, and for two years I have picked these beautiful flowers to decorate my master's table. Without you being just what you are, he would not have had this beauty to grace his house."

Have a great Day!

Perfect World of Wonder

Can you imagine living in the sky or under water or on top of a mountain or tree?
What a life it would be!

No wonder the gods found places to live from where they could see far and wide.
and know ahead of time what was coming their way.
They had an unfair advantage over mankind which earned them respect and honor and fear.

But it is not easy to be a god, for it is not just knowledge and power which makes them who they are but their ability to also make wise and just judgement decisions.
Their ability to see the consequences of their decisions in how they will affect the future.

Todays laws do not care about the consequences of judgement decisions.
They do not care if they set a man free to continue to do damage unto himself and/or others.
They do not care to reeducate a person so he can see the light and become a better human being.

We strive towards perfection and it is taught us that perfection is unobtainable.
It is taught us perfection causes more harm than good because then we cannot relate to an imperfect society consisting of imperfect people.
And yet when it comes to disease and cures, we seek perfection in order to survive because survival is our utmost desire in life.
People want to live and to love and to see and feel and touch and yes, even to suffer in order to be able to have those things.
Unobtainable things, because we reject perfection.

It takes a perfect man to develop perfection.
It takes order and discipline and intelligence to arrive at good sound judgement decisions.
It takes a person with a vision for the future to develop the ideas today.
And who among us is intelligent and perfect enough to take on this huge responsibility?

Many step up to try.
We have leaders who want to lead and are paid good salaries to do so but the people continue to suffer because perfection is lacking in decision making principles.
Much can be said for and against perfection but one thing for sure, immortality
requires perfection, vision, and sound judgement decision .

Since man is imperfect,
no man on earth is immortal
and so we look up into the sky,
searching for the immortal eye of God, while living in a
Perfect World of Wonder.

Happy Sunday Everyone!!

As God Is My Witness!!

When I watch Gone With the Wind, I am always left with the image of a beautiful young woman who lost everything in war, except her beloved Tara.
Angry and Hungry she raises her fist up to God and tells him, I want more!!
I will never go hungry again!! I want better.

And believing that life is about getting and being better, man always looks up into the horizon and the sky and the stars. He wants to know and see beyond.

Man is in awe of the beyond because it all seems to fit in such perfection.
And yet..... out there, in the beyond, is a battle .. a constant battle between things which have no feelings or senses to speak of.

But here on earth, being human, I always thought, if only man understood.

If only man wanted perfection and did more to obtain it through learning, we could actually obtain it one day.
And so I spent my life fighting for perfection............ "Fighting".

The more I fought, the more the world fought back saying... There is no such thing.

I say, when A man looks up into the sky, he is searching for answers.
So he is looking to get something better than what is.He is sent to school to learn.
Why?
Man gets angry at God and says there must be more!
This can't be all that there is!

And God answers...... there is a lot more
and you can see it through my eyes.

But man cannot see because he does not understand what God means by that.
So he rejects him, curses him, fights with him, and blames him.

Mankind is not worthy. Man is constantly fighting, arguing, getting mad.
He is never happy.

So how can he meet with God? How can he see God? How can he know what perfection is?

In God's world there is no fighting. In God's world, celestial battles do not take place.
It is a void, a place where nothing happens, where man could see and understand what utter peace is.

When I think of it, my polluted mind would explode from jumping from non perfection to absolute perfection. So when a person finally dies, we say... he is finally at peace. No more wars, no more fighting, no more arguments, no more pain.
Finally all the questions will be answered as his/her soul rises and God will then explain all that there is to explain.

When my child was born, I counted all the fingers and toes. I looked into it's eyes and saw intelligence and a smile.
Both my boys had me at their first .... agoo.

In my heart and soul, I knew and rejoiced in that each, at the time, was perfect.
Another Mother obtains an imperfect child but in her eyes, her child is her blood and soul
and in her mind, it is perfect and she will spend her whole life fighting, to keep it fighting,
to be perfect.

And to this day I fight with my sons telling them, I made you, created you... perfect.
So don't imperfect yourself and let me down. lol

But people grow and are thrust into a life they are not ready for and they become imperfect and thus imperfections become the status quo.
Imperfection is.......... what is today.

But perfection is never lost. Man has not stopped fighting.
Man still wants it and is still fighting for it, so the belief in its' existence still lives.
There in lies hope.

Man still gets mad at God and shows him his fist and cries out into the sky. There must be more!!
There is a great thirst for more.

And God in turn smiles down because he knows man is not quenched, because he does not understand.

In the end, there is more but there are no winners.

In the end, there will be only one.
Even right now, this minute, there is only one and tomorrow there will only be one as yesterday, there was only one.

And as man experiences the knowledge of an expanding universe, scientists tell us that maybe one day it will all break apart and we will all die.

All this fighting we are doing, is all for nothing.

There is no where to run.
There is no where to hide. There is nothing to prove.
The future is already written and no amount of money or prayers or head banging,or wars, is going to change anything. It is, what it is and will be.

That is the pure truth to it all and the true perfection.
Existence and life is not about chaos.
Mankind cannot learn himself to save a species because it's just too big
and too overwhelming to change anything that was already
planned and willed by God.

In God's hands we will rise again.
From one, there can be many.

Also from one, there can be none.
As a Mother decides when she will have her child, so does God.

As a humble person, a man can find love, health, peace.
Through kindness and sharing he can have wealth, health, joy.
Through learning he can obtain understanding, entertainment and laughter.

but from fighting, there is only death,
before ones' time to die.

So why is man born with 7 senses and a brain to think with? Why is he not born like a mineral which does not need to eat, sleep, drink, feel pain and suffering and think?

Man was born to understand, that there is more and a better way, a simpler way and all he needs to do, is see it through God's eyes and relax.

And God will witness it all, as he always does,
because we are all one with him.

There is no escaping God.
We are all at his mercy and all understanding that we have life because of his will
and his will alone.
:)
